Inquiries made through this website do not constitute a binding contract. A booking is only confirmed once a formal quote has been accepted and a separate Speaker Agreement or Booking Form has been signed by both parties.
All workshop materials, presentations, frameworks (including the proprietary STEM Communication Framework), and digital resources provided by Alina Eshal are protected by copyright. Attendees and organisations are granted a limited license for internal use only. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Fees are determined on a per-event basis and will be detailed in the provided quote. Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the Speaker Agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation terms will be specified in the final Speaker Agreement. Generally, cancellations made within 14 days of the event may incur a fee to cover preparation and lost opportunity costs.
While Alina Eshal strives to provide high-impact training based on current research, outcomes depend on individual implementation. Alina Eshal shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the training materials or participation in the workshops.
As outlined on the website, if a session does not meet the mutually agreed-upon objectives, Alina Eshal will provide a complimentary follow-up resource or consultation. This represents the sole remedy for dissatisfaction.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
